This '85 USFL Topps card has been graded by PSA the leader in graded cards, as PSA GEM MINT 10, the highest grade a card can receive. Due to the bright colored borders and Topps terrible quality control in the 80s, the USFL cards are very hard to find in gem mint condition. Card is PSA #15051296. It would make a great additional to a registry set or to any USFL collection.Former professional football placekicker Roger Brian Ruzek was born December 17, 1960 in San Francisco, California. Ruzek attended Weber State University. Ruzek started his professional career in the USFL with the New Jersey Generals. After the USFL folded in 1987, Ruzek played in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys from 1987 to 1989 and with the Philadelphia Ealges from 1989 to 1993. Ruzek finished his NFL career with 120 field goals (72.3%) and 206 extra point kicks (94.1%) made for a 566 total points.
