NWA 086 L6 METEORITE The NWA 086 Meteorite slice in this product is shown in the photograph below. The specimen is a complete slice that weighs 30.8 grams and has some nice curst on it the edges. I have included a ruler (not included in product) in the photograph for a size reference. Meteorite will come with a (signed) description card.This meteorite was found by berber nomads in the deserts of Africa. A single stone of 419.4 grams purchased by meteorite dealer Michael Farmer in M'hamid, Morocco, Africa on August 6, 2000. Classified as an L6 stone chondrite. 23 grams was donated to the Fernbank Meteorite Collection.
